If we have not yet shipped your order, it is possible to change or cancel it. If the order has already been shipped, it is no longer possible to make changes or cancel the order. You will need to go through the standard return process. Please always contact us, and we will try to find the best possible solution.

This is honest Czech handmade production, so the delivery time may vary depending on the current workload of the workshop. Usually, we ship within 15 days of ordering.

I'm not from the Czech Republic. Can I still order the window covers?

Sure. Just keep in mind that shipping costs will differ from the price for shipping within the Czech Republic. For a specific price quote for your destination, please contact us.
